Olympic Swim Course
The swim course is a two loop swim. Each loop is 750 meters long and will be marked with large buoys. After the first loop, swimmers will exit the water briefly and round a large cone on the beach before re-entering the water. Click here for a helpful PDF map of the swim course with buoy information.
Olympic Bike Course
The bike course is a 4-loop course (be sure to keep count!) and has some gently rolling hills. While the bike course is on the road shoulder, the course is not closed to traffic. Please practice defensive and safe riding and do not put speed ahead of safety. The bike course is 27.36 miles or 44 kilometers long. NOTE: The bike course is slightly longer than the standard Olympic distance bike course (40k or 24.9 miles). We don't feature the standard distance as the course simply does not allow for a safe way to make the distance 'fit'.
Olympic Run Course
The run course is a two-loop course and is nearly identical to the sprint run course. Volunteers will be placed to make sure you complete the correct course. The run course is 6.2 miles/10 kilometers long.
